I'm from Seymour and this Dairy Queen is dirty and the staff is rude. There is always a nat problem around tea. One night we came in and every tabel was dirty.
If I could give my experience there zero stars, I would. Passing through on trip from OK to NM, my mother and I thought we'd grab a quick bite. BOY, WERE WE WRONG! Nothing quick about it. Took over 45 min. for our 2 burger/2 fry order in the drive-thru. Half-hour mark, I called DQ Corp. to complain. During the call, an employee tried to give me the wrong food. Turns out that food was the for the car behind me, which had only been there about 25 minutes. I will say, when we got the food, it was very tasty. There was no apology, no offer of any compensation.THREE WEEKS LATER, I got an email from CANDICE HIGGINS, saying they would retrain their staff. I replied to the email, and pointed out that I didn't believe it was a staff training issue, and the fact it took her three weeks to respond to a corporate complaint was a good reflection on why her employees were also not timely. Told her that the least she could do was comp me the meal, and that I would be sure to mention that in the review I was going to post. I NEVER HEARD BACK... hence, my zero star review. The best advice I can give you is - don't wait until you are hungry to go there - try to plan ahead and arrive about an hour before you get hungry.
Waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes to receive the kind of food I have come to expect from a DQ...which was not worth that wait.
No steak fingers. Debit card machine down. Can't break $100 bill! Wth? Bye!
Bathroom was gross. I could not finish eating that nasty burger. Other than the onions i could not recognize the taste of anything else in the burger. I only liked the fries.
