Very kind folks! Checked out my minivan (after I ran over a thing) and sent me on the way with assurance there's no major damage, the recommendation to have it checked for scars when I get home, and directions to food and clean bathrooms in town for my kids (I didn't even ask)!
We are travelling from Lubbock to DFW and my alternator broke down last night and we were forced to stay in a hotel in Seymour, TX. Found this place the next morning. Owner is extremely rude. Worst customer service in my life. Threw a fit when we didn't buy the alternator from O'Reilleys and instead went to Advanced Auto Parts since O'Reilleys didn't have the part. We also had to drive all the way to Wichita Falls to buy the part. Proceeded to take a lunch break when we returned with the alternator and told us he could not tell us when it would be finished but that we would have to wait till the end of the day. Don't go here!
